Terms of Service for Online Courses

1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing and accessing the courses offered by Expansive Academy ("We," "Us," "Our"), you ("You," "Your," or "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase or access Our courses.

2. Course Access and Usage Upon purchase, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or sublicense access to the course to anyone else.

3. Intellectual Property All content provided in the courses, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

4. No Refunds All sales of courses are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for any purchases made, regardless of the reason. Please ensure that the course meets your needs before making a purchase.

5. Prohibited Conduct You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Sharing, distributing, or otherwise making the course available to any third party;
• Using the course or any of its content for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from Us;

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your access to the course without notice or liability, should you violate these Terms. In the case of termination, you will not be entitled to any refund.

7. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the course.

8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expansive Academy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the course using your account.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.
